If there is one thing that makes a good store is customer service, this store does not have it. Recently, I visited this GameStop and as I walked in I saw three employee just talking, not working, talking. As soon as I was in their line of sight, two of them went to the backroom and none of them greeted me or offered their services. It was so rude and I felt so uncomfortable that I left as soon as I came. This is my experience most of the time I visit this store. It seems as if unless the employees know you, they don't care. I'd love to be proven wrong, but it's just too late.
